Do you believe in Santa Claus? Santa’s Hotels is one of the leading hotel companies in Lapland. Our family-owned hotel chain offers accommodation experiences and restaurant services in Rovaniemi, Saariselkä, Luosto, Kalajoki, Levi and Kilpisjärvi.

Santa’s Igloos Arctic Circle is located in Santa Claus Village on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi. We have one restaurant, a lobby bar, a cozy reception area and 71 Premium glass igloos.

We are looking for NIGHT RECEPTIONISTS for a full time work contract during the winter season 2024-2025.

As you are a night receptionist, besides to daily reception tasks, you are responsible of customer service satisfaction, extra sales such as excursions and sensing our guests needs before they even do. You are also responsible of collecting reports and delivering them to the related departments, following the upcoming arrivals and preparing/informing our morning shift about special arrangements. Tidiness of the lobby and cleanliness of the area will be part of your daily task as well.

We appericiate:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good English language skills and excellent communication skills – other languages are a plus (Finnish is not required)
  • At least 2 years experience at the front desk
  • Experience with Opera and/or Opera Cloud reservation system is seen as a plus
  • Education in tourism field is also seen as an advantage
  • Self-proactive approach and attitude towards work
  • Positive and professional manner and work etic
  • You are a night person
