Enjoy the authentic side of Lapland in Luosto

Rovaniemi can feel very busy and crowded, and if you are looking for more peace and quiet, Luosto is the perfect option for you! It is a quite small village with a ski resort and a few hotels, shops and restaurants, but it gives you everything you need – and if you want more, Rovaniemi is not that far away. Luosto is very authentic Lapland, surrounded by fell views and untouched forest as far as the eye can see. And due to the village being smaller and more remote, the light pollution is low, which is a key point for seeing the northern lights. Santa’s Hotel Aurora is literally just steps away from a beautiful national park, as the starting point of the routes is just behind the igloos.
