Please note that we receive a lot of collaboration requests daily and we are only able to answer the chosen applicants by email. Please also note that we handle collaborations only through this form.

Santa’s Hotels primarily offers hospitality (hotel and restaurant) services. Activities and transportations (flights, airport transfer etc.) are not provided by Santa’s Hotels.

We reserve the rights to changes. Santa’s Hotels has the right to change or cancel the reservation for the agreed collaboration. Changes to reservation will not be done without thorough discussion with the collaborator. It is to be noted these measures are only applied in extreme circumstances.

Santa’s Hotels can pull away from the collaboration if moving forwards with it could cause harm to Santa’s Hotels’ brand by association. This will not be done lightly or without informing the collaborator in advance.
