Rovaniemi: Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus
Welcome to Rovaniemi, the Official Hometown of Santa Claus. For every day of the year there are plenty of things to do to fill your days: outdoor activities, guided excursions, Lappish culture, art and entertainment. The two grand rivers of Lapland: Kemijoki and Ounasjoki connect at a stone-throws away from our hotel. Water jets, stand up paddling, fishing and canoeing are some of the great activities to try! The vast forests and wilderness areas are easily accessible with guided and fully-equipped excursions, in summer and autumn by for example fat bikes, quad bikes, hiking.
Rovaniemi is also called “The Capital of (Finnish) Lapland”. Rovaniemi offers Northern city vibes and possibilities, such as shopping, food, museums and culture. The largest city in Northern Finland combines the best of both worlds; city possibilities with nature incredibly close.
Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus is located right in the city center. The hotel has been going through renovations, and our newly renovated rooms are the perfect place to rest after a day in the city. With a ceiling height of 3.5 meters, our superior and standard rooms are truly spacious! All our rooms feature a bathtub to give you a pinch of luxury to your stay. Our suites and deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with beautiful views over the city and the grand river of Kemijoki.

Saariselkä: Santa’s Hotel Tunturi
Sweet dreams steps away from wilderness! The Urho Kekkonen National park opens from the backyard of the hotel, and nature paths and hiking routes start right next to Santa’s Hotel Tunturi. With excellent flight connection to Ivalo Airport and the high-quality accommodation and restaurant services of Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, you do not have to compromise on the level of service to enjoy a genuine arctic wilderness holiday.
The hotel is located in the center of Saariselkä holiday resort, with all the services only a walking distance away. Santa’s Hotel Tunturi is the largest hotel in Saariselkä with 260 rooms and apartment suites.
Saariselkä is a village surrounded by fells, located in the middle of the untouched. Saariselkä is an amazing destination all year round, and summertime you can explore the nature for example by bike or hike your way to the fells to admire the views. The area offers also guided activities all throughout the year; packcrafting, paddling, boat rides, biking, visiting huskies and reindeer… And the list goes on. Saariselkä is the perfect option for someone wanting to explore and enjoy the fell views and Northern Lapland nature.

Luosto: Santa’s Hotel Aurora & Igloos
Luosto is a Lappish wilderness resort with excellent accessability from Rovaniemi and Kittilä Airports. This is an ideal nature holiday destination, year-round. Visit the famous Amethyst mine and explore arctic wilderness on guided excursions and on the well-marked trails. Stay in our boutique hotel accommodation, glass igloos or traditionally built log villa, steps away from the National Park.
Pyhä-Luosto National Park is an amazing backdrop for the boutique style hotel and glass igloo accommodation of Santa’s Hotel Aurora. With only 30 rooms, 10 glass igloos and a grand log villa, you are sure to get personalised service from our friendly staff.
Rugged and beautiful nature and wild but gentle summer of Luosto offers a lot to experience even during the snow-free period. At the other end of the mountain range rises fell Pyhätunturi, or rather Pyhä, known for its deep gorges. Nightless Night in the summer, from horseback riding trips to water activities in Pyhäjärvi and Pyhäjoki. Lampivaara Amethyst mine, located in Luosto, is one of the only jewel mines in the world that welcomes visitors to see and experience the mine.

Kilpisjärvi: Santa’s Hotel Rakka
Escape to the wilderness! Kilpisjärvi village is located on the corner of three countries; with spectacular fell landscapes surrounding the new design hotel, restaurant and fully-equipped apartments. The hotel’s high-quality and Nordic design create a spectacular contrast with the rugged fell landscapes opening up from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern-style apartments have a living room with high ceilings, and the kitchen is fully-equipped. Some of the apartments also have a fireplace in the living room. All apartments have their own sauna and 1-2 bedrooms.
Breakfast, half board and other meals are available at request as well as guided activities and safaris. Tromso Airport in Norway is less than two hours drive away, with daily bus connection to Kilpisjärvi. Enontekiö and Kittilä airports on Finland’s side are 2.5 and 3.5 hours away, respectively.

Kalajoki: Santa’s Resort & Spa Hotel Sani

Rovaniemi: Santa’s Hotel Rudolf
Hotel Rudolf is the perfect option for budget travelers. Buffet breakfast and restaurant discounts are available at Hotel Santa Claus, only 600 meters away. On-call reception can be easily reached at the entrance and at each hallway at any time. Check-in and staff are at Hotel Santa Claus. There is a Chinese restaurant located in the street level of Hotel Rudolf.
The recently refurbished rooms are a convenient place to rest after an active day outdoors or a work day in the city. Rudolf offers every possibility that Rovaniemi has to offer, but with staying in the city for a more budget friendly price.
Rovaniemi: Santa’s Igloos Arctic Circle
Santa’s Hotels’ glass igloos are intended for year-round use. The glass-roofed, air-conditioned igloos offer a whole new and interesting opportunity for experiencing Lapland’s ever-changing nature while enjoying the comforts of a hotel room.
During the summertime you can book igloos for larger groups; minimum charge of 6 igloos, please contact our sales team. We have also had parties, such as weddings in summer.
