Laavu is located in a private and peaceful spot, in the Utsunvaara area, only 10 minutes from the center of Levi Ski Resort and 20 minutes from Kittilä Airport (KTT).

The three-story grand villa features a large living room with 8 meter high windows, fireplace and comfortable sitting area and dining area. The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped. There is altogether seven bedrooms and a large sauna department with a fireplace room, changing room and jacuzzi.
