In buildings Gielas and Kontio mid-stay cleaning every day, excluding Sundays. 

In buildings Näätä, Sopuli and Ahma mid-stay cleaning for hotel rooms every other day, excluding Sundays.

In buildings Ahma and Paraspaikka mid-stay cleaning for apartments only by request. 

If you wish to book an extra mid-stay cleaning, please contact the reception. Price for the extra cleaning is 35EUR per cleaning. 

To reduce environmental load, we only change sheets and towels by request. 

If you wish to have a fresh towel, please leave your towel on the floor for mid-stay cleaning. You can ask the reception for extra towels. 

If you stay with us for a while, we change the sheets once a week or by request. 

Gym is open for our guests 24/7. More information from the reception.

Massage therapist Aki Panula offers massage and physiotherapy services with several years of experience at Santa’s Hotel Tunturi. Please book your appointment beforehand online Saariselkä | Book an appointment for a massage or physiotherapy (santashotels.fi) or from the hotel reception. 

You can buy souvenirs at the reception during opening hours. 

We also have some sweets, drinks and hygiene products for sale. 

Our hotel does not have a laundry service, but there is a laundry room in Kontio building for our guests. You can enter the laundry room with your room key. Laundry detergent can be bought from the reception. 

All our rooms and apartments are non-smoking.

Santa’s Hotel Tunturi has started applying for Green Key sustainability certification and the STF-label in 2024. The goal to audit the hotel for the Green Key sustainability certificate is by September 2024.

Green Key

Green Key is an international sustainability certificate for tourism enterprises. The certificate has been granted to over 5300 establishments in 68 countries around the world.

The certificate includes requirements on:
• limiting the environmental impacts
• increasing social benefits
• supporting the local economy

Green Key is also a sustainability program whose participating companies commit to continuous development of their operations. The quality of operations is verified by regular, on-site audits. The certificate is issued by an external, independent Green Key jury.

If you cause damage or an undue alarm, we will charge the costs from you.

In case of a fire alarm, please follow the instructions on the hotel room tv.
