Robert’s Coffee Rovaniemi
Welcome to the northernmost Robert’s Coffee in the World! You fill find us on the 1st floor.
In the Minibar you will find a variety of beverages and snacks.
Please list the products you have had from the minibar and pay them at the reception before departure. We will bill all the unpaid products afterwards.
Coffee and tea are complimentary.
The electricity and the lights in the room will be switched on, when you put your keycard to the box above the light switches beside the entrance.

Intermediate room cleanings are done daily between 9 AM and 5 PM.
We respect your personal belongings by not moving them around, so please take for example your luggage down from the bed if you wish us to make your bed during daily cleaning.
If you have a pet in your room, please connect the reception to arrange a suitable time for cleaning.
We will change towels and sheets only by request in order to reduce the environmental impact.
If you want a new towel, leave a used towel on the floor before the daily cleaning. If you wish for your sheets to be changed, please contact the reception.
There is a recycling bin in your room for waste. Please use the recycling helper. The bin will be emptied during cleaning.
From elevator lobbies you will find a bin for mixed waste and bio waste.
The service is available on the weekdays. The laundry left at the reception by 9 AM are washed on the same day.
Please find a laundry bag and laundry form in your room closet.
Public guest saunas in the fifth floor are open daily from 6 PM to 9 PM. Please take a towel with you from your room.

This a is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed only on the outside of the hotel. Please do not smoke near the entrances.
We will charge an extra cleaning-fee (minimum 250€) for smoking in the room.
In case of a fire alarm, please stay in your room and follow the instructions on your hotel room tv.
The use of elevators is prohibited in case of a fire.
