Breakfast is served in restaurant Välke on the 1st floor.

The kitchen closes 30 min prior to closing.

The electricity and the lights in the room will be switched on, when you put your keycard to the box above the light switches beside the entrance.

Temperature can be set on thermostat on the wall (+/- 1,5 degree).

The mechanical ventilation turns off when the windows/ the door is open, please keep them closed.

During summertime when you are not in the room, please keep the curtains closed. This improves the mechanical ventilation in the room.

We have a free wifi network for our guests:
SantasWiFi, password 8104pukk1

Apartments have a free wifi network: hiekkasarkat-wlan. It does not require a password. The network is open and unsecured.

Parking is free for our guests.

We have a charging station for electric cars.

Entrance to the Spa facilities with your keycard. You will find the openinh hours here: https://sanifani.fi/en/

Bathrobes and towels should be taken with you to the spa from your room / apartment.

Children’s bathrobes can be rented from the reception. Children’s bathrobes 5 €/ room.

There is an indoor passage from the apartments to the spa when you go through the passage way to the hotel and continue another passage way to the spa.

Day Spa Sun www.dayspasun.fi, hairdresser Ateljé Anne www.ateljeanne.fi, bowling alley SunBowling www.sunbowling.fi and gym GoFit www.gofit.fi are available in the spa building.

Please note, that we will not do daily cleanings automatically.

If you want to request a daily cleaning to your room, please inform the reception by 10 am.

You will be given extra towels and toilet paper from the reception upon request.

In order to reduce the environmental load we change sheets and towels only upon request.

If you want your towel to be changed during the daily cleaning, please leave it on the floor.

If you are staying with us for an extended period of time, we will change the sheets once a week or upon request.

Recycling your waste in the hotel rooms and apartments:

  • There is a bin in your room for mixed waste. The bin will be emptied during cleaning.
  • You can leave cardboard, glass and metal waste on your room table. The cleaning staff will recycle them for you.

Guest saunas are in the spa and open according to the spa opening hours.

You can buy souvenirs from the reception when it’s open.

We have a launderette for our guests near the reception.

Prices: 5€/wash or 15€/stay.

Smoking in the room and in the balcony is strictly forbidden!

Smoking may trigger a fire alarm.

We charge an extra 100 € cleaning-fee for smoking in the room!

In case of fire alarm, the emergency assembling area is on the parking lot near the spa building.

For the apartment residents the emergency assembling area is the apartments’ parking lot.

We charge an extra 1000 € for causing a false fire alarm, because of smoking for example

Check out is by 12 noon. You can ask for a late check out from the reception, according to availability.

In the minibar of your hotel room you will find a selection of drinks and snacks.

When you leave, please report the products you have taken from the minibar to the reception. We invoice unpaid products afterwards.

There are no minibar items in the apartments.

Connecting corridor to the hotel is in the lowest floor (elevator: K-floor). The corridor is open according to the reception’s opening hours, check opening hours from the information handout given to you or from the reception.

Night time entrance: outside opening hours, entrance to the apartments from the night entrance with the keycard.
