Products and services are reserved via Online system in website address www.santashotels.fi\/en<\/a>. All reservations are confirmed by email which informs the price of the reservation and ordered products. Needed customer information are required within the reservation process in order to receive reservation confirmation. Customer needs to accept the reservation terms and conditions which are valid during the reservation. Reservations can be made by adults (persons older than 18 years) only. If a minor is accommodated alone, the guardian of the minor will need to inform in written in advance that accommodation is accepted and that the guardian is responsible of the minor and their actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Products and services are primarily paid for at the time of ordering. In the online booking system, payment can be made using the most common debit and credit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Check-in on the arrival date is earliest at 3 p.m. and check-out on the departure date is latest at 11 a.m. In Resort & Spa Hotel Sani the check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is on the departure date latest at 12a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Room will be reserved on the arrival date until 6 p.m. After this hotel has the right to sell the room to another customer, if the customer has not arrived or informed of the later arrival. If the accommodation has been paid in advance, hotel will keep the room reserved also after 6 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the customer has not arrived on the arrival date and the reservation has not been cancelled within the terms, hotel has the right to charge the payments according to the terms and conditions.
