Our mains present the best of northern cuisine and classics from around the world. Our chef’s salmon soup recipe has been refined through the years as well as the Lappish must-have Sautéed Reindeer, that is served with lingonberries and pickles. You can also find Rigatoni pasta dishes with Finnish flavours, with reindeer and chanterelles and with a nod to the Italian cuisine with house tomato sauce and carrot croquettes. There’s also our mouth watering house steak and Gaissa’s classic burger served with crispy fries. Choose whatever, you simply cannot go wrong!
Heart warming sweets
Our desserts take you to a journey to the Lappish grandma’s kitchen and the treats that they pamper their their loved ones with on a cold winter’s evening by the fireplace. Fill your heart with grandma’s pancake topped with blueberry jam and vanilla foam, taste Santa’s favourite dessert, the full chocolate mousse with almond caramel and fresh raspberry gel. The Lappish cheese braised in cinnamon cream, served with cloudberry jam is a dish that warms us Lappish people to our soul with the warm taste memories from childhood – a classic not to be missed!
